It works very well for me, it includes a nylon wristband, the device is waterproof, and it includes a second adjustable rubber wristband. When I sync it with the QWATCH app, I can update its firmware without any issues. I was surprised by the battery life with 35 days of use without charging, and even with 14% battery left. I also liked that you can use it for up to 24 hours without being connected to the phone, and then it syncs all the data.

I liked it, it's not 100 percent comfortable, it takes some time to adjust it to the arm and get used to it during the day. In the first few days it hurt my wrist, but I managed to adjust it without making it too tight. It is a reference, not an exact measurement, but it provides a basis which is sufficient for monitoring. My main function is to monitor stress and sleep, so for my use it's okay. I will look for another wristband that is more comfortable for sleeping.

The tracker works well and is flexible in operation. the functions can be edited and there are no subscriptions to pay. why would you subscribe to a tracker you have already paid for!!! this is not another ugly smart watch. you can turn off the alerts and there is no ugly lcd screen which i personally prefer. and no crass corporate branding! the phone app is well structured and presented and the battery life is excellent. I like this! it works well and the app is flexible and straightforward to use. it integrates with the ios health app for data collection and mercifully doesn’t come with a bright colourful display. it is exactly what i wanted and does the job. the velcro elastic wrist band is very reliable and secure. don’t be put off by the low price this is good for general health tracking. the battery last a long time, the data is reliable enough to rely on and it doesn’t offend the eye!

Excelent product, i love the interface of the app and that its also very easy to use. i have been using the bracelet for a few days now and the accuracy of fhe measurments is very decent. the bracelet is also very comfortable and well maid. i would highly recomend it to other buyers 5/5.
